Text: I. Introduction The ADC0816 and ADC0817, CMOS 16-Channel Data Acquisition devices are selectable multi-input 8-bit A/D converters. In addition to a standard 8-bit successive approximation type A/D converter, these devices contain a 16 channel analog multiplexer with 4-bit latched address inputs. They include much of the circuitry required to build an 8-bit accurate, medium through-put data acquisition system.
